How does XBookmarkSync use AI?
XBookmarkSync uses Claude AI by Anthropic to analyze and categorize your bookmarks. The AI reads each bookmark's text, identifies the topic and key themes, groups related saves together, and can draft new content (tweets, threads, summaries) using your bookmarks as source material.
Is my X/Twitter data private?
Yes. Your bookmarks are synced directly from your browser to your private Cloud Firestore database via encrypted HTTPS. There are no middleman servers. We do not sell, share, or access your data. You can delete all your data at any time from the dashboard settings.
Do I need a Twitter/X API developer account?
No. XBookmarkSync works by reading bookmarks directly from your browser page, so you don't need API keys, developer tokens, or any special X/Twitter account access. Just install the extension and sync.
